Happy 3rd Birthday!

It's Hannah Banana's 3rd Birthday!
We had a party with some friends last Saturday. I can't believe how big my girl is! Love you Hannah Joy!

Awesome Aphorism

Caleb just came in from outside and said, "Mom! The birds were, like, singing, and the ducks were quacking. It was the best music EVER!"

Couple Cute Quotes

1-15-09: Timothy was acting crazy, and Caleb said, "He's gone cereal boxes."

2-6-09: I was cutting up a banana for Timothy, and I asked Hannah if she wanted a banana for dinner. She said, "I am not a monkey."

Hannah's First Swimming Lesson

Today, Hannah had her first swimming lesson with Inga at the Y. Inga is the same teacher that Caleb had. I hope she never retires.

My little Big Girl. Tawnee, do you remember this bathing suit?

Banner Day

Well, today was finally the official day that Hannah will no longer need to wear diapers! YES!!! She has passed all the tests (i.e. multiple peeps and poops in the potty, staying dry while out doing errands, and staying dry all night)! Here she is holding a special treat her daddy brought home for his big girl!

Does anybody need Dora Pull-Ups?

Super Bowl XLIII

Here are a couple of pics from our Super Bowl XLIII Party last night.

We had the Jensen, Taguchi, and Bronson families over.

The other picture cut Mandy off and Timothy was blocking Zeke's beautiful face.

100 Jumping Jacks!

Caleb told us on Saturday that he wanted to do 100 jumping jacks. Hannah, slightly the exhibitionist, wanted to do it too. Timothy just wanted attention. :)

Postcard from Hawaii

I HAD to post this. It was so cute. Caleb's class theme this week is "Hawaii" and "Fun in the Sun." Yesterday, they made pretend postcards and this is a picture of Caleb's.The picture on the left is him (with his name underneath). And because he is learning to read, he sounded out Hannah's name and spelled it "HANU." He also sent it to "DAD." Apparently, Mommy and Timothy are with him in Hawaii. Oh do I wish (in this 30 below zero weather)!

Fun Bath Time Pics

All my kids LOVE bath time, but lately Timothy has been asking for a "Bah" every night at the bathroom door. Incidentally, he has also been putting his food in his hair. So I am happy to oblige.

Happy 5th Birthday!

My big boy turns 5 today! Where did the time go?

I woke him up this morning and gave him a card from Adam and I. It had a big dinosaur on the front with the number 5. Caleb's face lit up when he opened the envelope and said, "I LOVE dinosaurs!" It made me smile.

The pic is a "Thank You" card he made for someone. He wrote his own name, and he said that it was a picture of fruit.

Love you, Bugs!
